Water line clamps

What is the secret to removing the water line clamp? I have one leaking and want to put a draw clamp on. Thanks.

If you're talking about the stainless steel cinch rings on the PEX plumbing, some have used a Dremel tool to cut them. A pair of heavy wire cutters also works with some effort. The draw (screw) clamps do not work with PEX.

I use the crimper but squeeze the the crimp on the side and it snap's off. Re ran most my pex last week with just the crimper.

Get the pex cutting ting tool cut it out and replace with shark bite. No more problem with that piece.

I found the pex lines are damaged too easily when trying to remove a crimped clamp. I ended up cutting the line, and replacing the fitting as needed.
