Give Heartland feedback on:
~What you like about your Heartland RV and the company
~How you feel they can improve their product
~What you would like to see on your next RV?
Jim will be speaking on various topics. This is not a complaining discussion, rather a constructive discussion. There may also be another speaker as well from a California dealership.
We need Volunteers to help plan, take on tasks, and generally assist Debbi and I in making this a great rally for all attending. If anyone can offer their services, please let us know as there will be plenty to plan for, so we can make our first large Socal Heartland Rally a huge success. FYI, there is a great event Nov. 14-15th taking place in Santa Ynez (about 5 miles from Buellton). It is the annual Vaquero Show at the Santa Ynez Valley Historical Museum and Carriage House. The Museum itself is fascinating if you enjoy Western Art and History. The Vaquero show features Cowboy and Western antiques and collectibles and artists, etc. It costs around $5 and runs from 9AM-5PM both days. The Museum is located on the corner of Sagunto and Faraday Streets in Santa Ynez. Perhaps some of our group would find it interesting.

GOLF AND/OR WINE TASTING TOURS
Anyone who plays golf please refer to post #99 of this thread to give our favorite SOB, John Dawson a call at 831-234-4326 to set up your golf game day and tee times. Don't be late, we are keeping count. He would like to play on Friday, and if enough want to, on Saturday or Sunday as well. There are 2 courses, one 9 hole next door to Flying Flags, and an expensive Championship golf course nearby. Speak with John about the details.
Now let's start talking about 4 hour wine tasting tours. Are you ready to taste some great wines in local Santa Ynez Valley? If you are, now is the time to sign up and get ready to rock and roll. Please call me Larry Kuhn at 949 306 2360 if you want to go wine tasting either before the main rally or during. Normally it costs about $10-12 per person per wine tasting, and if our guide takes us to 4 wineries and we stop and eat lunch (either bring your own or we will order from the local tasty deli, to be picked up along the way) and also see a bunch of neat local gardens and secret hideaways, it should be a barrel of fun. Cost will be around $75 per person and lunch cost. Debbi and I will be selecting the wineries, but if you have any personal preferences, please let me know asap. We will have one tour on Wednesday,Thursday or Friday, and one or two on Saturday depending on interest level.
Let's have a helluva great rally and enjoy ourselves to the fullest.
I will update this rally thread as new information comes in.
