Jim what is the process on the rebates post-rally?

We too were thinking about adding level ups but are greatly leaning to getting a new unit. Just don't know if it would be better to do it then...

Would unit be ordered during the rally, etc.

Sorry that I missed this post. The general process is:

• Attend the rally
• Get a rebate certificate in your rally packet
• "During or After the rally - only", take delivery of a new, never-titled Heartland (factory order or dealer stock) - within the rebate period
• Follow instructions on rebate form - check will come from Heartland to you. This is outside of any dealer deal or process

If anyone is on sites 301-326, and concerned about being next to the Norfolk Southern double-track main line, we'd love to trade sites. We live next to the RR and are used to trains rumbling by in the middle of the night. PM me.

Probably around May 15 so the parts order can be placed.

Something to consider: Early arrivers who are located in RR will not have to move i.e. their pre-rally site is the same as their rally site. In Maple Street people who come before the 16th will have to move once from a pre-rally site to a rally site. Everyone who is currently in RR is an early arriver and so would not have to move.

My cost for adults and kids are pretty much the same.

If I child is small to where they do not get a rally t-shirt, do not go through the food lines themselves (eat from parents plate or have their own baby/special food), do not get charged an admission to the RV/MH, then there would be no extra rally charge for them.

When a child does go through food lines, does eat from their own plate, does fit into a child size rally shirt, does get charged admission to get into the RV/MH, then they would cost as an additional person for the rally.

Our daughter was nine years old the last Goshen rally. She absolutely loved it. It was very educational and interesting. We toured the Northtrail travel trailer building last time. This time I think we are going to go to the toy hauler section. Bring their bikes if you can. The fairground is very nice to ride around.

No age restrictions on anything we're doing. Sadly, we have no specific programs geared towards the kiddos but we are happy to have them at the rally

Thank you! I agree that there appears to be a lack of kid specific programs but it sure sounds like the kids are welcome to participate with all of the activities that are scheduled.

We are still Taking service request. Jim has asked me to handle the requests and coordinate them with the Heartland Service group. My main contact in the service department was on vacation last week and things have been on hold. We are now back on track and I will be answering the request ASAP.
