Adding a Pressure Washer ?

I want to add a pressure washer to my new 3800 like my old Raptor had. I want a little Karcher 1500psi 1.25gal/min unit. My Raptor used to have a water outlet with a little pressure regulator that would drop the back pressure once i let go of the press washer handle. Do i need this ? Can the water system handle this back pressure ? Also should i just connect the washer to the water shower outlet or add a line somewhere ? Ideas or suggestions ?

I have two electric powered washers and both pump motors are actuated by a pressure switch that turns the motor off and on, therefore there is no need for a pressure regulator. I don't understand the need for controlling the inlet water pressure other than normal supply pressure of 40 to 50 psig.

If the back pressure is a concern put in a back flow valve preventer.

I would not use the outside shower unless you go all the way back until you can tie and crimp into PEX.

So should i add a line i at the water pump ? Easy enough i suppose. Has anyone else come up with an idea ? My Raptor used to have a outside tap ?
