ATF: Big Country - Slides not extended at ceiling/top

I have noticed that 3 of my slides do not fully extend at the top only. Is this a structural problem. The slides push at least 2" at the bottom before the top starts, and only the kitchen/living room recover and fully extend.

Sandy,

You need to get this in to be looked at by your dealer or an independent servicer. Do you have slide topper awnings? I've seen them tensioned too tightly before and have caused the top of the slide to go out last.

Yes, I have awnings. How much tension should be on the awnings? I will check and see if they are tensioned too tight and/or too short.

Is there a list of Heart perfered service centers in Ontario?

I dont know how far your dealer is from you, but call HL service and they can direct you to someone close.
