Slides will not go out

The kitchen and living room slides on our 2017 Road Warrior 362 will not extend. We hear the motor run, but the slides do not move. The battery power is good. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem? Also, how do we manually extend the slides so we can empty the refrigerator?

First are these slides electric or hydraulic?
Under the "Tool" tab on the top is a section "Heartland Owner's Manual". Under that is a section for "Slideouts", with 17 manuals.
