ATF: Bighorn - Quality of Chairs Stationary and Folding

Within the first week of using my new 5th wheel, both folding chairs split and collapse on me. Today the stationary chair seat broke.

Is this a normal problem with this run series of chairs, or is it my 225 pounds of body weight?

Gillette Interstate RV has sent in the replacement request for the two folding chairs ( I asked that they be replaced with the stationary chair), They have not arrived yet. Any Idea how long should I expect to wait for them as well as tonight's broken chair to be replaced. I am trying to get back to California and do not want to leave without the chairs.

I would give Heartland Customer Service a call in the morning to verify that the chairs have indeed been ordered.
They may be able give you some sort of shipping time.
