ATF: Bighorn - soft spots in floor

We have a 2010 Model 3580RL Bighorn. About 3 months ago we noticed a "fist sized" soft spot under tile, in front of the entry mirrored cabinet. It is about 2' from the front door and about a foot from the cabinet. Since then a narrow "tunnel" soft spot has appeared in front of the stairs and it feels mushy beside the stairs in front of the kitchen cabinet by the stairs. The flooring is not discolored. We can find no water leaks. Have repaired many of them because of poor hose clamps put on at factory. All have been repaired with solid U clamps to keep hoses secure. Floor around the spots is solid. No way that we can see for water to even get under the flooring. When we push on the spots the flooring indents. We have seen no other damage to walls or floor anywhere else. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Can't get any help from Heartland! Can't live with the soft spots! Full time so can't put in "shop" for weeks while "they" 'try" to fix it! Have traded for an 2012 Alpine by Keystone! Loved the Big Horn but can't take the "we'll get back to you someday approach by Hearthland"!
