ATF: Cyclone - ATF: Master Bedroom Slide

At the end of the 2014 camping season up here in Alaska around the October time frame. The slide would only move about an inch then stop and make a grinding noise. The slide would continue to move if I got between the dresser and the bed and pushed on the bed. In order to put in the slide I would pull my truck next to the slide. The slide will only move about an inch stop and make a grinding noise. To complete closure I would get into the bed and push on the slide and it would close.

The rollers have no flat spots on them. The tracks are clean. Are there any known issues with the motors at all? Does this sound like a gear box motor issue?

I have a 2014 Cyclone 3950.

Have you checked all the pulleys and cables?

I did check the cables and pulling. They appear to be tight. This has me baffled.
