I have a 20-15 Landmark, I noticed on the control panel I have a switch for the hot H20 thats labeled 120 volts and a switch that says 12 volts. Can I assume the switch that is labled 12 volts is the gas operation switch for the H20.

Yes - you are correct. Labeling the Propane operation of the water heater as 12 Volt is a bit of a misnomer. I'll pass this on to the plant to see if over time, we can have this panel designation changed.
