Will these drain the hot and cold water lines sufficiently so that I don't have to blow the the lines out with air or fill with antifreeze when I winterize?
The short answer is NO. Even if most of the water is drained from the faucets, pex lines, and water heater, at a minimum you'll still have freeze exposures at the water pump, outside shower, toilet, and p-traps.
