Awning auto retract?

A gust of wind lifted my fully extended awning and it retracted about halfway then opened all the way again. Is it possible it has a auto retract? I cannot find that in the manual. The switch was in the off position.

By the way, we are at West Yellowstone KOA.

That is really strange. I know our unit does not have auto re track. I doubt that yours does.

If it is a Dometic Weather Pro look at the black control box and there is a silver toggle switch on the side that turns the wind sensor on and off. Also the actual wind sensor is located on the roof. The wind sensor almost looks like a sewer pip with cap. The black control box also would have a wire that looks like a telephone wire coming off of the side if there is a wind sensor.
