Black tank drain

Hi all,
New kid on the block.
Enjoying a new 26RLSS North Trail Caliber.
Has anyone had trouble with the "T" handle for the back tank drain? First trip went to drain the tank and it was gone, dealer replaced it, returned home from second trip and handle is gone again. Jam nut is there.

Sounds like it's time for some locktite.

Howdy!

I believe I would used a extra nut along with some blue Locktite when I put the next one on.

Agree....BIG BIG fan of Loctite

Replace with a metal one, the plastic ones crack when over tightened. Plus, Loctite does not play well with some plastics.

We lost the whole handle on the maiden voyage of our previous Heartland Trail Runner on our way to the campground.

I noticed it was missing when I was hooking up the sewer hose.

They wouldn't replace it under warranty even though I had never ever even touched it.
