We just purchased a brand new 2015 Sundance 3400QB. One of the rear slides is not working properly. It wouldn't come out when we were at the dealership, but our salesperson said it was due to the way it was sitting on our truck in the parking lot. So we hand cranked it out and it came in fine with the switch. We brought it to our site then it wouldn't go out again. The trailer was level and set up at this point. Now it won't go in anymore either. My husband tried retracting manually and a pin snapped off. Does anyone have any issues with their electric slides or any help to offer? Thanks!
