Convert queen to king on Cyclone 3914 or 3812

My family (parents with 2 young kids age 8, 7) and I are considering 3914 or 3812 Cyclone, and would really like to convert the queen to king bed. Would it be possible, providing there's a indentation around the corner for the tight 80' turning.

Also, I'm would like to put a washer/dryer in the garage, possible?
