Correct track hanger failure

Found the correct track hanger inner and outer tabs snapped off below where it is welded to the frame. Right rear tire location.

I have Lippert overnighting a new hanger to the campground we are at so I can get back home.

Anyone else have a correct track hanger fail?
Did you fabricate a new one from heavier-thicker metal? Replace with stock bracket?

I'm going to have all four, two each axle replaced. Just wonder what others have done or if this is just something weird and unusual.

I recall one post about after market Correct Track, which is different, being involved in a frame/hangar problem. And I think we've seen a post about hangar damage in the past 6 months, but I don't recall it being specific to the Correct Track.

Among other things, the head of the bolt on the Correct Track adjusting cam looks pretty odd. What is that around the head of the bolt?

The adjustment shim is welded to the bolt head.
