I was wondering if I could use the antenna on our bedroom TV and a dish on the living room TV?

I don't see why not. Your coach has separate cabling for satellite and antenna/cable right?

Yep, that's exactly what I do. I use the Dish Tailgater system for the living room and the OTA antenna for the bedroom (but you can also get the stations in the living room) by switching your TV from HDMi to TV (or whatever protocol your TV uses). I often switch back and forth so I can watch the local (to our location) stations.
We have a 2015 3160el and we have dish net. To get the "best" satellite picture on the bedroom tv I ran a separate cable from sat out from the living room receiver, to a splitter hooked to the air antenna jack in the bedroom. You then can watch the same dish channel or a local over the air channel.
