Dometic awning not extending or retracting

It's likely the motor. I'm on my third one this year! Two on the main awning and one on the rear awning. Tech says they have an issue with water getting in to them.

Thank you to all!

I have been periodically pressing the retract button for the awning and lo and behold it finally worked and the awning is now fully retracted. I will be leaving it that way until we get it into a repair facility.
