Edge M23 replacement windows

Hello! At the end of my season last summer glow of wind makes fly in the air a window and the window crash on the ground. My dealer (Deluxeautocaravan) here in Alma, Quebec, Canada are not able to find and order this window. The owner said to me that window is a european Dometic window model and is not able to find this window. The window that is broken is the one above the sink. Can you help me ???? It's very disappointing to have a 2011 RV without with a hole (missing a window) in the side center of the RV !

I suggest that you call Heartland Customer Service here in the states. They should be able to tell you who make that window and provide some leads for replacement.

I'm not sure why your dealer didn't start by calling Heartland. Let me suggest you call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.
