Electric Slide Issue

Just setup in a site at Fort Chiswell in Wytheville, VA. Electric bedroom slide will only go out about an inch then stops like it’s catching on something. I’ve looked all behind the bed/cabinet on this bid slide (it’s a cable drive by the way). It will just move in or out about one inch. Chain and cable looks OK. Been working fine for 8 years. Any thoughts?

Got it working. I had manually leveled because the auto level was misbehaving. Reset all power, auto level worked and the slide is working now.

Interesting fix. To my knowledge the Norco-Bal slide doesn't have a logic board like the Schwintek does - but I could be wrong. Regardless, happy it's working!

Been a couple years since we've overnighted at Fort Chiswell RV Park. Used to hit it any times each year when we lived in TN. Travel safe my friends.
