Entry door draining water

So I was wondering if anyone else has had water drain from the weep holes on the bottom of the entrance door.
If you did what was your fix?
I'm thinking it's the window in the door. There was never any visible sealant/silicone on the outside of the window.
Is there a seal between the window trim and the surface of the door.
Thanks

Carl..seal the outer rim of the window in the door on 3 sides AS well as the inside edge of the window in the door. Water runs down the glass under the trim and into the door ..

The trim covering the window should have butyl tape underneath, all the way around. Good to have a roll on hand as it's used in a number of places.

My 2013 had closed cell double sided stick window sealing tape. I know because I change it out for a stained glass window. Purchased new window closed cell foam tape from a glass shop for the new window.
