Hey Golfers: As mentioned earlier by Chuck, I'll be putting an informal round of golf together during our stay at Durango. Tentatively looking at Thursday or Friday. Our course selection is somewhat limited, but the two courses I'm considering are Rolling Hills in Corning and Gold Hills in Redding. Each offers its unique challenges. I need a rough idea of those interested, so if you think you may be interested, send me an email mail at jdfishing@comcast.net and I'll add you to my list. Donna & Chuck, Mailing check tomorrow for Durango. Pray the creeks don't rise too much and no more snow storms that drop 50" of snow. To date we have received over 9" of rain in just January and February. Our "NORMAL" is 8" in a year!! Lake Tahoe has risen 3.5 feet in two months. The snow pack is at 280% of normal. Hope all the Heartlanders are safe and dry, where they might be.

To date we have received over 9" of rain in just January and February. Our "NORMAL" is 8" in a year!! Lake Tahoe has risen 3.5 feet in two months. The snow pack is at 280% of normal. Hope all the Heartlanders are safe and dry, where they might be.

For Sunday night dinner (for those who are staying over) We have a chance to get tickets to the buffet at the casino in Corning (20 miles away from RV Park). The tickets are buy one, get one free. If you are interested in going , we need to know ASAP to turn in the names to them. We also are thinking of going to the olive store to do olive tasting before the dinner. It is one mile from the casino. Please post or send us a PM if you want to do this.
