Glad they got it worked out. I just might bump up from six nights to seven nights. Just a few bucks more.

And NASCAR changed the spring schedule around again.........

Screws up the plans I had.

What did they change now?

Moved the spring race to the first weekend in May from the end of May.

My plan was:
Go to Massey's Landing and setup
Go home and get the boat
2 weeks later pull up stakes and head to Dover and setup
Go back to Massey's - get boat, take it home, back to Dover for a week

I am getting ready to submit the attendee list to the campground for comparison. Just a reminder for anyone that has not submitted a registration form, to send it in.

Thanks

Also, Anyone bringing children to the rally, please let me know. The campground has great facilities for the kids and they are willing to work on different activities in for our group.

The timing of the rally makes it difficult for bringing the kids but as of now I have them on the list. At worst they may come during the weekend.

We are in a similar situation. Madison might not be coming to the rally till closer to the weekend. Unfortunately, these campgrounds, near any type of destinations, do not want to work with the rally during the "in season" timeframe.

Hopefully the girls can make it for a few days.

.

Just had that same discussion with a RV park owner last week. When there's a destination nearby and they experience near 100% occupancy, any group/club participation in season isn't necessary to "pay their bills"...

That's seems to be the general consensus of most campgrounds around here..

I can understand that on a discount sense but not allowing a club to be in those spots kind of stinks
