Factory A/C

Just got my new 2013 Bighorn 3010. Dealer installed a bedrooom A/C but seems to stand tall on roof. Looking to find out what make and model the factory is installing in the front bedrooms on these units as I was supposed to get the same as what the factory as installing. Thanks

Hello jdr3010ree and welcome to the forum.
I am not absolutly positive, but I think the low profile is what they install in the bedroom. That's what mine has from the factory.
I sounds like your dealer installed the AC, is that correct?
He should have installed the low profile if that is what you asked for.
They are about 6-8 inches tall.

Like the other replies, my factory install was a Penguin Low Pro. 13,500 BTU only about 8" tall.
