Glue on shower wall

My unit came with one of those plastic soap dispensers glued to the wall. I took it off today as it was in my opinion disgusting. What it has left behind is worse.

There are four of the sticky sided tape things stuck to the wall...along with what looks like clear silicone glue. A lot of it.

Can any one give me suggestions on how I can remove this unsightly mess now stuck to my shower wall? Preferably without destroying my shower?
