I recommend Hayes RV, 5009 Judson Rd., Longview, TX.. After our cruiser spent 5 months at three different dealers one being where we bought it we made an appointment at Hayes RV and took it in. They had it for a month, but it had to be completely refloored and all the gear drives replaced. Because of the leak our service rep, Ronnie went to bat for us with our insurance company and after sending two different people out to verify the damage they agreed to pay the entire bill. We have not had any further problems with the slide. Our service rep is the reason we went there when we decided to buy our BH 3760 EL which we pick up Friday week. I do highly recommend Hayes RV for purchase and service.
