We launched this feature some time back but not with much fan fare. Recently, it has come to our attention that some users have had trouble with the Manuals page.
The Heartland Owners Manuals (HOM) page uses a menu system that "requires" Javascript" be active within your web browser. If you are having trouble seeing anything on HOM, check your browser settings.
Attached is a 20 second video clip that shows where to find HOM and how to work the menu.
If you have a PDF of a manual for any product that came with your Heartland RV and you do not see it on HOM, there is a link on HOM where you may submit the manual to us. Thank you!
