In memory of John Sager

A popular, Branson, MO based entertainer, John Sager, passed away this weekend*.

John was known as a Wintertainer in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) of south Texas. Many Heartlanders saw John perform in shows in the RGV.

South Central Region Directors, Jay and Stella Coffman hired John to perform at their South Central region rally in 2016. And many of us saw John perform at Mel's Hard Luck Diner and other venues in Branson.

While John was not a Heartlander, he was an HOC friend and a good many of us enjoyed him and his art.

Rest in Peace John Sager.

John was very personable and was just another good guy that incidentally could sing-very well. We all enjoyed his performance at the 2016 Region rally in Branson and we were interested in having him perform again next year.

He had just recently met some of his siblings that he had been separated from at birth.
