Dave and Kathy are in Downstream Casino parking lot(RV Park) Joplin waiting to see grandson tonight along with the weather. Planning on being there Wednesday. Looking forward to the morning walks with Jay and Mike. Heard Mike can't talk? Somehow that is hard to believe. See you soon!!!

Sitting here at the house in Kansas City, waiting for the rain to at least slow down a little. It's raining so hard up here I'd almost need to put on a life jacket to hook up the camper!!! Been getting a little pea size hail also. Supposed to be slow down in a little bit so maybe we can start swimming our way South soon. So much for a clean camper & truck!

Richard Anderson, the stained glass window glass guy, came by and said he has some cheap ($10 per person) tickets to Hamner's Amazing Variety Show for Thursday evening at 8. Please let me know by noon tomorrow if you're interested in going.

I got an email from Don and Monica Ashby that they have to cancel. The weather interfered with Don working on the trailer and can't complete it in time for the rally.

Having such a great time here at Branson Missouri. This is our first rally and wont be our last. Have made so many friends and are just beginning. This is just the beginning of a new and wonderful adventure.Thank you so much to Bernie for knocking on our door to see if we were part of the group, and to Jay for helping us get involved. Attendees, I just found out a High School Band from Mineral Wells, TX will be the opening act Friday night, at the Clay Cooper theatre. We are friends with their band director. If you get a chance, go see them!

Branson Rally

We are at Branson, MO for our first Heartland Rally. We are having a wonderful time and meeting many friendly folks.
