It's ski season

We are headed to Golden on the 14th for some snowmobiling and tubing at Winter Park

Our weather window for the return trip is here. Today's highs melted the snow and ice on I-70 and tomorrow will be warmer. We'll finish packing up tomorrow and will leave Breckenridge on Tuesday morning. Should have nice clear roads through the mountains and back to Texas.

We just came across i70 on friday and down through wichita and oklahoma city. We had 60 mph tailwind and ice for a couple of hundred miles. Was not a lot of fun till ok city. Stayed at capitol air rv park in wichita, excellent overnight park and very convienient. The last night we stayed at Twin Fountains in OK City and found gem of a park. It is right across the street from Remington Park horse race track and casino and minutes from downtown. We went to the Oklahoma National memorial and it was a memorable experience. Be safe.
