Landmark - Fresh water tank

I have owned my 2014 Key Largo for 3 years and have not filled my fresh water tank to full until today.
The tank fills to approx. 2/3 rd full when water starts pouring out of a blue tube behind the rear wheels on the kitchen slide out side.
Can anyone tell me what this tube is for and why water from my tank is flowing out.

It's an overflow so you don't bust the tank. If your coach is level, the tank is full.

Don't believe the your gauges as they not very accurate. If water is running out....it's full.

I have the same situation with my 2016 Heartland 3010 RE. This seems to be a poor system as I constantly have someone telling me that I am losing water and others thinking that I am draining the grey tank going down the highway.
