Leak - hot water knob in the UDC

I have a leak in the hot water knob for the power sprayer in the UDC and I have no idea where I might find replacement parts. I will probably replace both the hot and cold internal workings but does anyone have an idea of where to find them and what the make/model might be?

That's it and what I need is the center cylinder but I cannot get their PDF documents to open so will give them a call tomorrow and see about parts. I would hope that the whole unit has to be replaced and it looks like the center section can be removed and replaced like most faucet controls.

I threw mine away and plugged the water lines.

A followup on this. I talked with D&W and they are sending me the faucet portion for $15 rather than the entire unit for $45. That is a fair deal and they were easy to deal with.
