LED strip on rear side awning

LED strip on rear side awning mysteriously went out. A few lights went out, then the whole strip went out slowly from right to left. Heartland sent me a new strip under warranty. To test, I plugged the new strip in and nothing. Scratched my head for a bit and found a 2 amp fuse under the snap on cover under the bottom arm bracket that was blown. Replaced the fuse and the LED strip and viola, all is well. Actually a pretty simple procedure once you realize where the fuse is located.

Does the original light strip work with the new fuse?

Might keep it as a backup if it still works.

Some little dimly, many out. Suspect it had a short. Replaced strip.
