my main slide it started last 2 times i bought it in when i push the button to bring it in there's a bang then it starts moving in comes in ok no bang going out. no problem with the other side . so what do you think it is. thank you for your help.

Jumped some teeth on the rack you may need to place shims under the wear buttons the outer tube could have crowned.

ok looked at the track i guess yours is the top view im looking at the bottom of the peace you showed in the pic.ok where is the shim going to fit on it. wear buttons were are they.

Hey Roy.
This is a better shot the two wear buttons are on the top of the tube tap them down. I made horse-shaped shims around a 1/16" thick I think I saw somewhere a 5/16'' washer was used and cut a slot to the hole from the outside placed them in and pushed the pads back up a small amount of clearance after they were in.
