Mystery Water Leak

we just got a 2017 Bighorn 5th wheel. We took it out for the second time this weekend and water started leaking out of this pipe near the driver side back wheel. Not sure if a shut off valve is missing or could it be the ac drain location? It didn’t leak two weeks ago when we took it out, but we didn’t run the ac two weeks ago.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like one of the fresh tank overflow fittings. Water will come out while filling the fresh tank and also can slosh out while towing.

There should be two of these over flow vents for the fresh water tank...one on either side. When the tank is full water will come out these.

If it is a steady leak and you have an Anderson Valve you may want to search that here and see if your problem could be that. Basically the O-rings in the valve crack or split allowing water to flow to the tanks while you are on city water. The tanks fill and overflow. If it is not an Anderson Valve issue you may want to put shutoffs on all of the overflows so that once full you can keep water in the tank and not have it leaving as you make turns. If you are depending upon your freshwater tanks for water while camping, they can come up many gallons short by the time you arrive.
