Hello everyone! I recently sold my house in TX. and moved to FL. I found and bought a new to me 2021 Heartland Cyclone 4270! There are a few issues with it and I am needing some help!!! I am a first-time owner, I fell in love with this unit and I want to make sure I care for it properly!!!! ANY and ALL advise, tips, tricks, dos and don'ts are welcomed and needed!!!!

1. I would really like to find all of the diagrams that are associated with the 2021 4270, but I do not know where to look or where to begin...
2. Insurance... I have heard people saying their insurance is under $100... how and where!?!
3. I was told I need special toilet tissue (what kind and where) and have heard conflicting stories about using cleaners vs just water in all the tanks...
4. The main slide out opens and closes but makes a horrible popping sound about halfway and it is not completely opening or closing on one side.... kind of like it's not positioned correctly... was told it was the slide sprocket.?. (a diagram and where to get parts would be great!)

Any direction on where to get this info and more would be amazing... Thank you for your help!

For blank tank i use Unique Digest It (liquid) im pretty happy with it. Other stuff I've tried never seem to break the waste down very well.
Use Scott toilet paper (septic safe) single wrapped rolls

Also leave about 5 gallons of water in black tank after dumping and using the blank tank sprayer till clear water comes out. Get a clear plastic adaptor put on end of sewer pipe so you can see what's coming out.

1) You will have to call Heartland for diagrams but check the "Tool" tab at the top of the page, you will find some there.
2) We full time and have Progressive for truck, RV and motorcycle coverage.
3) Toilet paper we use Sam's Club Members Mark, make sure the package does say "septic safe".
4) Our main slide pops and creaks going out. Once again check the "Tools" tab at the top for some information on the slides. The main slide should be hydraulic and can be adjusted.

We have a 2018 Road Warrior 427, the sister unit to your rig.

1. Water is your best friend in black tank. We add approximately 10 gal to it after dumping but also add: 1 capful of Calgon water softener, 1 capful of cheap fabric softener and use Happy Camper tank treatment (best we've found in keeping odors at bay. Do NOT leave black tank valve handle open. Dump tank ONLY when full.
2. Scott's RV/marine brand toilet paper is what we use and have good luck with/ it.
3. Tho we don't full time, Progressive is what we use as well for insurance
4. May want to have a good Mobile RV Mechanic come look at your unit and given a good going thru
