My curbside slide seems to have developed a drop when extended. It droops about an inch when fully extended. When retracted, it seats fine. Is this something I can adjust? Appears to be cable drive.
Cabindoc, your slide may be adjustable. However if it is a cable driven slide on rollers I don't think there is much you can do other than adjust the cables.
When you say it droops are you meaning that the slide itself is sagging down?
How is it sealing on the inside when the slide is out?
Take a look at the manuals for your brand of slide in the 'Tools' section located at the top of each page. Here is a link. [LINK]
I looked at the slide a little more, and printed the slide adjustment sheet from Lippert, but I think the adjustment I need to make is in the cables, not the nuts below.
Has anyone adjusted this type slide with this cable set up?
I have adjusted my cable driven bedroom slide.
It is normal for one cable on each side to droop, if t that is what you are seeing.
And yes it is the nuts that adjust the cables which control the position of the slide.
