New Bighorn Owner

Well, I bit the bullet, ignored the negative complaints about panel de-lamination and poor dealer service and bought a Bighorn 3010RE. We haven't had her on the road yet - still waiting on our new truck but we are very excited and happy with our decision. As for the crfitical comments, we just figured there's 1,000 happy owners for each disgruntled one and hope we fall into the "smiles" category. By the way, we also felt that the Bighorn was the nicest coach we looked at, even though it was at a price point that was higher than other brands of comparable size.

Welcome!! Dealers are a dime a dozen. What makes Heartland stand out, in our opinion, is their concern for you if you have any issues. From what we've heard from many owners of other brands, the manufacturer disappears. Heartland has always been very helpful to us whether we've had a question or needed something shipped to us at a campground. Enjoy!!

If your dealer gives you any grief. Call HL service and they will direct you a service center that is not a dealer to make the repairs. Always have your VIN# handy when you call.
