New Floor Plan - 4011ERD

The latest MSRP post shows a new floor plan - 4011ERD. I asked Heartland about it and they sent the attached flyer and gave the below description.

"It is basically the same floor plan as the 4010RD except the rear den is elevated (ERD). This gives the coach pass through exterior storage below the rear den."

Interesting! It also looks like the changed the kitchen wall with cabinets and slim counter to have a true closet/pantry.

I'd be curious then, are the couches built in, such that you cannot remove them and put alternate furniture in place since the slide is probably elevated like a front living?

The pantry is actually now part of the regular 4010RD as well. Looks like it was a mid-year change.
