Well I took the plunge and bought a 2011 Ford F350 Lariat DRW 4X2 6.7L Turbo Diesel. Couldn't really pass up the deal they were offering (buy back my 2008 F350 King Ranch for 100% MSRP.....I ended up with about 8500 equity.....plus the 2500 Ford Incentive and 750 for being retired AF......What a difference with the fuel mileage already.....Thanks for all the comments that I have read on this forum.....

Congrats on the new truck, I've heard great things on the 6.7. Tell me, why did they offer a 100% buy back?

What a deal!!! When have you heard of a dealership giving you 100% MSRP on a 2008 model. Congratulations.

We just bought a F350 6.7 LWB King Ranch Crew Cab 4X4 with almost every option. Dealer gave us $7,000 more than the Chevy dealers would give us on a 6.6/Allison. Glad we stayed with Ford. Just a lot more truck for the money.

Don't know why they gave me the letter with the 100% MSRP Buy Back but on the letter it said the most Highly Demanded vehicles were 2005 Ford Explorer and I forget what the 2003 model was. They did try to wiggle their way out of it but based on the way the letter read I pushed the envelope and the New Car Sales manager whose signature was on the letter told the salesman to honor the offer. So far love the truck, sure gets better mileage than the 2008 F350 King Ranch 4X4 CC DRW 6.4L did even after 55,000 miles....And the GCWR is 30000.....
