If the freezer is cooling properly (down near 0 F), but the frig is not, the cooling unit of the frig is probably ok. While you might have a ventilation problem, that normally wold affect the freezer too.
The more common problems with cooling the frig are:
1) Keeping the doors open for longer than a few seconds. If you open the door and stare at the food inside for 40 seconds, it takes RV refrigerators a very, very long time to recover. On hot, humid days, it may take until the next morning.
2) Overpacking the frig, cutting off internal air circulation is a killer. Be careful about placement of large boxes or plastic covered items.
3) If the doors don't close completely or if the door seals are deformed, you'll have air leaks that will be just like leaving the doors open.
