Hit the nail on the head
Good job

I can't reach the front awning jamb screw and it drives me nuts. It is about 12" out of reach.
Well not anymore !!!!!
Same with the slide awning.
Now I can tighten and loosen them with ease. 😎

I also made a bracket in the propane cabinet for easy access to the tool.

Now that it's working so well and it has a home "out of my way" version #1 might be the one I stick with.

I used
2' × 1.5" sch 40 black PVC

What did you use to make the hanger for it? Pretty cool idea!
I bought a 7way plug kit from Orillys auto parts I was going to try it out on one of my 7-way kits. I didn't like the plug or the cheesey holder (the mag flashlight holders are much better for my kits)
So the thing has been sitting here in my junk drawer for a while now. It was a holder from this kit

I would suggest putting a cap on the not used end and keep it cap up in your holder so it won't slide out.

I thought about that but I don't want the wind to lift it up while traveling.
It's sitting on a hook/shaft on the bottom so it can't slide down.

Needs paint

I have a really cool bracket I was going to use to set it on but I just couldn't bring myself to cut one end off of it.😕
Some day I might need the handle.

In your bathroom?

Jarrod, do you have a way to pull the awning down after you loosen the twist nob with your gadget? The door side is easy but the front is challenging.

Maybe the hook arm with the manual awning might work, but I'll interested what you come up with.
