Actually I didnot put it on the door, I put it on the outside wall to hold the door open.

I understood your meaning... The generator access/batttery door and the door side cargo door of our Cyclone came with the chrome metal ones from the factory; off door side hits the underside of the bedroom slide so I have to install the gas struts I bought for it.

I put an additonal one on the fuel station door. Last fiver had the plastic versions that just don't last when others are around to "HELP" you setup!
