Hi I have a 22 heartland bighorn with the mcg roller shades . The dealership was a nightmare, they claim that the shades only have two settings, and that you have to set them either partway down or up and said that you have to reset them every time you use them To your preference. I know that’s not true. I know there’s adjustments in the top of the shade however, they are hard to get to inside the valance. Does anyone have any ideas how to adjust the shades so they go up and down normally? I know there are setting instructions in the small manual but seems very general. Also, the large shade in the back of my RV seems to be off-center. (Tried to show a photo) You can see on the left side (in red) that you still see the window frame when the shade is down, however, on the right side, there is none. Any idea how to move the shade left to right or is that a fit and finish that is not going to be fixed? Thanks for everything !
