Roof vent cover replacement, can you ID what kind will fit the hinge?

I've bought two different 14x14 vent covers and neither of them fit this hinge. Can you ID a product that would, and uses that center bar system for opening it?

Look at getting one of these to cover until you can find the part you need.

Oh! That makes since. Was a scary thought when I first saw it. Have you thought of just replacing the complete vent with an auto feature for temp/rain? Plus, that vent cover david-steph2018 mentioned is a great feature that allows you to leave the vent open in the rain or while driving down the road. That way you don't have to consider the auto-close feature for rain.
