-Sailun S637 (Trailer), ST235/85R-16

Just received my five Sailun tires today from Simple Tire. Week and year of manufacture were all either 5020 or 5120. So that is great. Happy I did not get older tires. Now to get them mounted.

Mounted and balanced! We paid a local tire shop 5 minutes from us to do this. Paid $25 a tire and we brought them there ourselves, 2 and 3 at a time, after removing them from our rig. Kinda pricy, but easier than taking the rig there to have it done. We used level-up and were hitched to the truck to raise one side, then the other. Hardest part was lifting wheels into my suv to take them.

that is the exact reason that I bought mine from Walmart.

In the thread below (post 10 and 19) some have bought from Amazon and Walmart and those orders were fulfilled through Simple Tire.

Does anyone know if Sailun makes a 16 ply tire?

The Sailun S637 is a 14 ply tire and unless they’ve changed specs lately, does not come in a 16 ply.

Yes they do, but you have to go to at least a 17.5" wheel.
