Slide out adjustment

We have recently discovered that we are having a problem with our door side slide out room. The front side, closest to the door is dragging and cutting the floor. I have the Lippert manual on slide out adjustments, but it does not state which way to turn the screws. Should I bring the back of the slide up or down. Any help would be appreciate. The opposite end of that slide is fine, so don't want to mess that up. How do you tell if a roller is broken?? I believe it needs an adjustment but not sure exactly what to do??

If the adjusting screws/nuts don't look like they've been loose or changed position, I'd look for other causes.

I would call a few different professionals and pick there brain to learn as much about it as you can before you try changing anything. the wrong adjustment could do more damage then good.
I herd the mobile RV repair guys are usually pretty sharp. I would call 3 or 4 and see if you get the same answer.
