I have a 2013 Elkridge 29RKSA and the manual switch for the bedroom slide quit working but the remote will work the slide fine. I replaced the 6 prong switch but it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions?
More than likely a wire came out of a wire nut for that circuit. Remove the switch panel (4 to 6 screws) and check the wire nut connections behind the switch panel.
When getting ready to look at the back of the switch, use your phone to take a clear picture. If you end up with wires getting pulled off, you'll be able to follow the picture to put them back.
