Slide roller Tearring into bottom

Has anyone had this issue with a slideout? This is on the bottom of my bedroom slide. It's starting to make a hole in the bottom where the slide is closed and sitting on the roller. Any thoughts? Sorry for the pic being sideways. Editor always turns my photos on their sides

Mine is dented pretty good and has been for a long time, but no hole. Did your rollers make a hole?

well no literal hole in the floor but it did puncture the black plastic bottom. Starting to dent into the wood. Yes its where the slide out is sitting on the roller when its closed for transport.
