Source for locking latch for basement doors

The handle on one of the latches on a basement door of my 2014 CY4000 is broken. I checked one Camping World store but thay had nothing. CW online doesn't have anything listed, either.

Anyone know of a source for a new latch for the basement door?

Have you called HL? Have your VIN & I'm sure they can advise you.

Look on the inside of the doors for a sticker showing the door manufacturer's name.
Heartland has used several different types and may have difficulty telling you which you have by the VIN. When I needed parts for the latch I found that my doors were made by Lippert and got the parts from them.

Not sure which locks you would have, but I am replacing my FIC locks with a global link lock. I will have them all keyed the same. My 2014 Cyclone 3100 came with Global Link locks on the front and back doors, but FIC locks on the slam doors for the storage area.

Swapped the basement door locks tonight. 4 screws each. It only took a few minutes and the front door lock was replaced too. I would say 10 minutes in all to get everything keyed to the same key!!!
